The App provides you with updated information about your travel itinerary on the basis of your "Passenger Name Record" ("PNR") and in accordance with the App EULA, which you acknowledged in connection with downloading and gaining access to the App. The following Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice through our App, or by other means so that you may review the changes before you continue to use our App or Services. If you object to any changes, you may close your account and delete the App. Continuing to use our App and/or Services after we publish or communicate a notice about any changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the changes. We disclose Personal Information to our partners and App supplier, as well as to the processors that act on their behalf, to carry out these activities and to help perform the underlying contracts with you.

We also disclose Personal Information to vendors that perform functions on our behalf, including suppliers of software development services, business processing service providers, contact center service providers, and computer maintenance providers. We contractually require these vendors to maintain appropriate protections for Personal Information and to only process such data in accordance with our instructions.

We may also process and disclose Personal Information when lawfully requested by public authorities, including requests based on national security or law enforcement requirements; for credit card processing, authentication, and fraud prevention; or as otherwise required or permitted by law, subpoena, or regulation. We do not sell Personal Information for purposes of allowing third parties to conduct direct marketing for their own products or services.

Your privacy settings can be used to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of Personal Information at any time, which will only affect future use and disclosure of such information. Data Security and Integrity

We and our App supplier maintains reasonable measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We also take reasonable steps - to the extent reasonably possible in the context of our role as an intermediary between travel providers and you - to keep Personal Information accurate, current, complete, and reliable for its intended use.

The security of all information we receive is an important concern to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result,we or our App supplier can't ensure the security of any information you transmit to us or from our App or online Services, and you do so at your own risk.

Data Retention

We and our App supplier retains Personal Information no longer than is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to fulfill legitimate business and compliance purposes. Personal information is destroyed no more than 36 months after the completion of the last travel transaction.

De-Personalized Data

We or App supplier analyses, uses, discloses, and processes statistical and other data in de-personalised form that we or our App supplier obtains or generates in connection with this App or Services. This data is used to identify trends and other activities in the travel industry.

Information From Minors

This is App is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any minor child.

Information From Another Person

Before you disclose to us the Personal Information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

International Transfers of Personal Information

Personal Information we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our partner. Dispute Resolution

If any European data subject experiences an issue regarding their personal information that the European data subject cannot resolve directly with XLGO or Travelport Digital, such data subject has a right to lodge a complaint with the governing Data Protection Authority.
